FAQ

What is it? A written diagnostic of where your business may be losing opportunities between a lead and getting paid — the top 3–5 areas, each tagged and sourced, with an estimated dollar range and a prioritized fix list, plus a findings call.

What do I get for $297? A 30–45 minute owner interview, the written report, and a 30-minute findings call — delivered within 5 business days of enrollment and receipt of your information.

Is it software or implementation? No. No software, no implementation, no ongoing service — just the diagnostic and the call.

Do you guarantee a financial outcome? No. Figures are estimates. We do not promise or guarantee any revenue or savings.

Refunds & cancellations

Before we start (before your interview): full refund, no questions.
After the report is delivered: because the report is completed custom work, it is generally non-refundable. If you believe the report materially failed to deliver what is described, contact us within a short window and we will either make it right or refund it.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exact windows and standards will be finalized before enrollment opens.

Privacy

What we collect: your intake answers, anything you choose to upload, and basic contact details. We do not buy or scrape data about you.
How it's handled: uploads are scanned and access-controlled; information is used only to produce your diagnostic. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.
Payment data: when payments are enabled, they will be processed by a third-party processor; we will not store full card details.
Retention & deletion: you can request deletion of your data. Retention periods and a privacy contact will be published before launch.

Terms

Service. Payne Docs LLC provides a one-time written diagnostic and a findings call as described, for $297.
No guarantee. All dollar figures are estimates. We do not guarantee any revenue, savings, or business outcome. The report is informational and is not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.
Your responsibilities. You provide accurate information; the quality of the diagnostic depends on it. Implementing any recommendation is your choice and at your own risk.
Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability will be limited to the amount paid ($297).

Final governing-law, liability, and contact terms will be completed and reviewed before enrollment opens.
